On 3rd November 2022, Duy Tan Plastics Manufacturing Corporation (Duy Tan) received ISCC PLUS Certificate issued by the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification or ISCC.
This certificate is applicable worldwide to certify organizations with superior carbon and sustainability management throughout the supply chain. Duy Tan is the first rigid packaging and houseware manufacturer in Vietnam and the third company in SCGP that obtains the world-class sustainability certification, underpinning the company’s vision to operate its business in accordance with principles of circular economy and a proof of the company’s sustainability commitment.

Duy Tan is a rigid packaging and houseware manufacturing company that can use PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled Resin) plastic pellet or bio-circular materials from ISCC certified manufactures as raw materials with a reliable internal system to control every step of production, starting from raw material procurement process, checking and controlling usage of raw materials throughout the process including sales and delivery. Consumers can be confident with the quality and recycled or bio-based content of Duy Tan’s products that can be traced at every step, according to the principle of mass balance.
This certification enables Duy Tan to response to packaging customers who require a certain recycled or bio-based content in rigid packaging and allow Duy Tan to develop sustainable houseware products with recycled or bio-based content.
