Nurturing Potential Human Resources

"Potential Human Resources" is a special recruitment and training program by Duy Tân Plastics aimed at seeking and nurturing young talent, helping them easily access specialized work in various departments. As "Potential Human Resources," Gen Z participants will engage in beneficial activities such as industry information, factory tours, showroom visits, learning and working in different departments, and integrating into the core values and culture of a company with over 36 years of development.

A representative of Duy Tân mentioned that the core training method applied is 70/20/10 (70% learning from work, 20% from coaching and direct guidance, and 10% from formal training classes). Employees will receive guidance and support from mentors, coaches, and buddies. Additionally, young individuals will have the opportunity to learn important soft skills such as communication, teamwork, presentation, planning and setting personal goals, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Club activities and combined programs within the Duy Tan Group ecosystem and parent company SCGP are also regularly implemented.
