In the morning of December 17, the Development Connectivity Forum of Ho Chi Minh City and provinces and cities of the Mekong Delta 2021 took place for the first time in Ho Chi Minh City. This is the first time Duy Tan has joined as one of the speakers at the forum "Economic Recovery and Development Connectivity in the New Normal".
Ho Chi Minh City is the major commercial center of the region, with more than 80% of the supply coming from the Mekong Delta. After a long time of being affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, Mekong Connect 2021 was organized to make an effort to promote connectivity between the city and the southwest provinces, especially to overcome the disruption of the supply chain of agricultural products during the past time.
At this forum, representative of Duy Tan in particular as well as member of Vietnam Packaging Recycling Organization (PRO Vietnam) in general, Mr. Le Anh - Deputy General Director of Duy Tan Plastics Corporation together with and representatives of central ministries, Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces in the Mekong Delta, economic experts, ... assessed and analyzed resources, proposed many solutions to increase the regional connectivity and circular economy, connectivity, creating a premise to promote production and business activities for 2022. Particularly, the benefits of applying digital transformation in business not only help to adapt to the current situation, but also to catch the general trend in the future.
