Duy Tan Plastics Manufacturing Corporation (Duy Tan) recently expanded its investment in advanced machinery from Japan Steel Works Ltd. (JSW), enhancing its capacity to produce high-quality rigid plastic packaging for both domestic and international markets.
Specifically, Duy Tan has acquired injection molding machines from JSW, a leading Japanese industrial machinery company. This equipment is known for its precision, energy efficiency, and high performance, and it will support Duy Tan in meeting the rising quality expectations of multinational and Vietnamese clients alike. These machines enable the company to improve product safety, durability, and aesthetics while optimizing production processes, reducing emissions, and aligning with sustainable manufacturing practices.
“This investment not only upgrades our production facilities to ensure high-quality products and services for both domestic and international customers but also helps the company expand its production capacity, scale, and market reach. Following a sustainable development path, Duy Tan will continue to reinforce its leading position, pioneer in the plastics industry, and build strong customer trust,” shared a Duy Tan representative.
Packaging is one of Duy Tan’s three core business segments, along with household and industrial plastics. For decades, the company has consistently innovated to meet market standards in quality and design. In its pursuit of top-quality products, Duy Tan has invested in JSW equipment for 25 years and also utilizes technology from Germany, Italy, and Taiwan (China). These production lines adhere to global standards for packaging sustainability (ISO, ISCC Plus, BRC Global Standard), and the company incorporates automation and robotics to meet the demands of large global orders.
